A Business with a Sales Tax ID # (must provide a copy/or #)

Established ecommerce store with domain name and/or a physical storefront address

Acknowledgement of no sales on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay

Participant of instore and online selling best practices

Agrees to follow MAP pricing
