McIncDirect.com is a wholesale website.  We only sell to retailers and e-tailers.

Ordering Terms:

You must create a Log In to access the Wholesale Pricing and Order.

Minimum Order - $50

Freight Charges are added on to each invoice,  FOB Princeton MN, 55371.

Payment Terms:

We Accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card for orders in the USA, WIre Transfers for any order outside of the USA

You can also apply for a McInc Credit Account with Net 30 terms.  Please contact us for an application at support@mcincdirect.com.

Shipping Policies:

Most Orders Ship in 1-3 Business Days via UPS ground.

Our Warehouse is in Princeton MN, 55371.

In the event that we are out of stock, you will be contacted immediately. 

Shipping costs are based upon UPS standard shipping rates.  We try to bundle packages and bulk package as much as we can to save you shipping costs. 

You can Track your orders 3 ways:

-Online by clicking on "Track My Order" at the top right corner of the page

-By emailing your order number to support@mcincdirect.com

-By calling 1-800-423-5487 . 

If any of your shipments are damaged, please show your delivery person and request a damage report.  Damaged boxes are the responsibility of you and the shipper.

Returns:

All returns require an Authorization Number.  Call 800-423-5487 to receive a RA (Return Authorization) or email us at Support@McIncDirect.com
Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

All Returned Product Must be:
1. Currently available in our line
2. Unopened in original package
3. Copy of original order/receipt or order number
4. If opened, product must include original package and all original parts
Opened Product may be subject to additional restocking fee.

Warranty:

McNaughton Incorporated will replace any defective merchandise after a defective product is returned to our warehouse. 

Damages:

Any damaged merchandise should be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery.  All merchandise leaving the McInc Warehouse has been packaged without damage. Damaged boxes are the responsibility of the carrier.

Special Labeling:

If you need product specially labeled for your store, the cost is .10 per unit. This must be requested on your order.
Some items are already available with special labeling, look for items numbers that have a   "-SO" after them to designate they include a label and are a Special Order.
